Yeah.. I am looking to do the same. I got a little tiny rust spot on the tip ( probably from all the salt on our roads in the winter) I think a good clean up job and maybe something to coat it like a wax or something?

Try mothers polish in a little red and white package, and then keep it shiny with Windex or something.
