Question white smoke and EGR

first i just dropped in a turbo kit i pieced together.... i start the car and its fine, but then as soon as i start driving it, massive amounts of white smoke come out the exhaust... HG is brand new less than 2 weeks old.. im not losing any coolant because i know white smoke is coolant blue is oil and black is excessive fuel.... but if you put your hand over the exhaust you dont get any watery residue on your hand... it doenst smell sweet like coolant should when it burns... i am leaking a tiny bit of oil but i know its not coming in the way of the exhaust. i only have the wastegate set at 3 psi right now cuz i wanted to see how it would handle.. i swapped the srt injectors.... and i know the VAFC 2 does really work well with those injectors but for now until i get the AEM F/IC i have the VAFC set to -50% fuel and it seems to be running fine just a tiny bit rich before the turbo spools up. but im not loosing coolant valve seals are good. and i know if those seals were bad that it would smoke right when i start it up and its doesnt smoke until it after i either rev it to about 4g or get up to 4g while driving. also i am running no cat. at the moment so i was thinking maybe it can be that. my buddy who is a mechanic told me that it could possibly be the cat because i am not losing coolant or there being no coolant in the oil... i was just wondering if anybody could tell me a fix to my excessive smoking.....

Onto the EGR. i dont have the ex wiring harness i just ran the VTEC through the VAFC and i wa wondering if anybody knew where all the EGR wires run to... i have the pin out of the EGR...

EGR Pin-out
1. EGR output
2. Circuit Z28
3. Circuit D47
4. EGR Input
5. N/A
6. Ground

i know pin 1 and pin 4 go to the ecu.. but i dont know where pin 2 or pin 3 hook up to... im trying to wire this in myself so the check engine light will go off..... if anybody knew it would be a great help!!!

Also will the AEM F/IC work with the VAFC 2 hooked up?

Re: white smoke and EGR

Not really, cuz of the oil leak from the inlet (bad flange and its on the oppisite side of the exhaust). The inside of the oil cap is fine. I'm running 5W-30 Purple royal oil if that helps anything.

here's when its first started its not bad not really smoking at all even when reving it:

here's after were driving it and pulled over to vid it:

k idk why its putting two pics w/e.

Re: white smoke and EGR

it's probably the rear oil seal (failure on turbo).

Do a compression test on engine and if ok, then take dumpipe off + intake piping off elbow on front of turbo and look for excessive oil deposits. On intake side, compressor blade can touch compressor housing, thus have a wailing sound.

You need to find the cause of it, otherwise it could happen again.

Re: white smoke and EGR

i thought it was the seal too. or maybe its because i havent vented the crankcase yet and/or have gotten a smaller oil restrictor yet.. couldnt this sent too much oil the the turbo causing oil to leak into the exhaust when at higher rpms?
