well....recieved both the Razo 340g shift **** & momo steering wheel!
I love the Razo, but the Momo was worse then described on Ebay. So im pissed about that shitbox steering wheel but installed it anyhow seeing as i already paid 120.00 for the hub and wanted to rid the OEM wheel. Ill keep it as a Temp for now until i get a BRAND NEW Pilota1 Momo steering wheel which i wanted in the first place! argghh!

On the way hopefully REAL soon now once that guy gets his **** together is the FMIC i mentioned. That will definetly add to exterior appearance!

just got my Greddy FMIC installed last night, thing was easy to install!
the hardest part was actually removing the stock SMIC from the car, whata pain in the *** that was! The pic was taken afterwards in the gloomy garage so sorry for the poor quality.



So far im still waiting for:
~ Front grille to arrive (it was repainted)
~ Fuel door (was used as colormatch)
~ Wheels (still coming in from Japan, you all know how long this will take! lol)
~ New tires

i left NEG feedback on Ebay for that steering wheel, the guy Emails me back and tells me im a frickin SCAMMER? wtf!
i paid for it obvisouly as i now own the POS!

nice car, but would be even better if the driver sat on the left side. Me being on the right of anything feels awkward. And shifting with left hand, although I'm lefty, would feel weird as well lol.

shifting is exactly the same as a LHD car, but once you get used to it...No different what so ever man!

just confirmed that the wheels are now on the way from Japan, they will arrive in 2 weeks time + 1 week in customs. OTher then this....

i just spent the last 6 hours detailing the **** out of this thing in & out for the car show tommorow! what a fooking job that was.

im off to the show with this car first thing in the morning so im pretty stoked!

ok, i didnt feel like uploading a crazy ammount of pics but here is one of the event showing some of the Skylines that showed, for which was an awesome turnout!!



15 Skylines from Vancouver, Victoria & Kamloops appeared in this event (HNIC 2008'). I had a blast even though i was ill for the most part of it.
Even won a doorprize in the end which wasnt alot but hey...i won someting! lol.

Winner was a guy from Victoria with a showcase white GTR. Congrats to him!

when i went to get my windows tinted not long ago they told me it was lower the a Lamborghini they did. My car bottomed out trying to get into their bay so we had to block it up on wood as i drove it in. lol

and the new wheels wil be here at the end of this month now and they have 40 series tires being dropped on em'

Few of the newest things for the Sky....

Just finished a custom backplate for the Blitz BOV now that i have the FMIC installed had to be relocated. Funny thing is...before i got this car someone had installed this on an elbow further down and also had the OEM recirc BOV aswell. Now with the stock one completely removed and the Blitz only working makes a huge difference. The OEM srping was weaker so obvisouly the BLitz wasnt doing ****! why someone would waste the money and time on an aftermarket BOV and have it do nothing? lol

Using 1/2" Alloy plate i made a plate for the Blitz to be mounted on, nobody made one for this particular BOV so i had to make my own.

in the process of making a heatshield for the intake


As for the wheels....apparently the container has touched down in Vancouver but we are awaiting for the FAX from customs to be sent for them to come pick the stuff up. So im really hoping in the next week or so to get them on my car. These silver DriftR wheels are horrible!! Plus ill be geting new 40 series Aurora tires mounted on the new wheels.

oops!
i forgot to update. lol

anyhow...finished the custom heatshield along with an air deflector.

Now with this deflector, air can be pushed directly through the upper front grille and into the radiator.


Also installed new inverted cone K&N airfilter


Im almost to the point of boosting to 15PSI now, at the time im boosting @ 10 PSI with 3" catback, FMIC, Blitz BOV using a grainger valve but i dont want to push it to 15 until i have my Elbow, DP and testpipe done up to 3" aswell. Once this is all done then ill be getting new 440cc injectors, Pump and a fuel management system.

Btw....
the container has officially arrived and is being de-stuffed as of Thursday. This next Saturday (Sept 6/08') ill be making it down and picking my new wheels, tires and seat rails up. Also getting the Skyline re-tuned as its running on the rich side right now.

also forgot too mention, i also had a testpipe installed. My next plans are:

Downpipe to allow the turbo to spool faster adding power, then E-manage so i can dial my boost to 15. This should bring me to 280+ WHP on a 2700 lb car
