Anybody do any business with them? My check cleared on the 19th, so I just called and talked to "Vic", he gives me the wrong tracking number for UPS, and I call back in less than a minute, and he has left for lunch! WTF! I asked them in my letter to send me the tracking number, they didn't. So I finally said screw it because they have had my money for over a week now, and now they pull some shady sh*t like this?!?

Well, these ****** gave me 4 new different numbers, they are unsure of which package is mine! All four are not in the UPS database, and he said they were shipped out yesterday. F*ing ****** are starting to **** me off! My question is, what can I do? contact the main office and tell them that u will file a complaint if u still don't get enough attention u deserve.

If those were correct tracking numbers, then they were not shipped yesterday.
I work for UPS, and that sounds like total BS to me. If you keep having problems with this, its time to get the BBB on their case.

Seriously, what can I do to them? They already have my money, I have the check from the bank right here, along with a statement showing the money withdrawn from my account. When he told me the transit times, between April 2nd and April 3rd, I looked it up on the UPS site and those are the times if he shipped them today, not yesterday! Not too mention (all tho I was getting heated at this point) he told me he wasn't about to argue with me about tracking numbers, and stuck me on hold for 15 minutes! Then finally picked up, gave me some line that they use a wheel that has four numbers on it, and gave me the other two numbers I posted. I checked them while on the phone with him, and he says well they probably haven't been scanned yet and there is nothing he can do about that! If I don't get an honest answer soon, I am going to take legal action! This absurd, if you haven't shipped them, then be honest and say it, don't keep lying to me! I would never post tracking numbers on the net. From what I have heard, you can change the shipping address for a package while it is in transit. Anyhow, sounds like they don't have the parts and are stalling as long as possible so you don't cancel the order. Maybe they just got everything screwed up and don't know what's going on themselves. I always pay with a cc for trans over the net just in case. Sorry to hear what's going on. Be sure to let us know the outcome.
