HID and foglights (hyper yellow) seem to be a growing trend. Along with 15" rims whether they be black,gunmetal, or red with a lip. The more stock it looks the better it is since alot of ppl are running swaps and trying to keep a low profile lol.

Hmmm what else is hot... that roof spoiler i'm going to make over the next few weeks for the sedans; anything ukdm like tail lights, folding mirrors, etc; unique carbon fiber parts if done tastefully.
Safe bets - side markers, lowering
Whats not - neons, ridiculous wings... cannards and "wings" for any matter i'd say, crazy high temp HID kits, especially thoes plug and play ones with out shileds and messed up beams, umm, almost anything you see on the earlier model civics these days.

Wow! Thanks for the huge response. Its funny to see that 20's aren't hot. I never liked them to begin with, but they sure came in with a hurricanes force a few years ago!

HOT: anything not american (minus motors), JDM,UKDM, Swaps, Turbo set-ups, Autocross setups, Coilovers, drops on cars, black rims with chrome lips, Clean cars, Looking to do stuff outside the box, 04-05 tails, different instrument clusters (hybrid or 04-05), Hid's, leather/rsx interiors (expecially CANADIAN... heated....mmmm) Stiffys (torque dampers), Show and go, and whatever u think looks good
NOT: 20's, chrome rims, huge wings, aluminum wings, cut springs, some two tones, rice, wheel gap, ebay brand stuff (tho some is jus good for the money), projector headlights, neons, loud *** exhausts that solve no purpose, damn gas prices

Hot: one of a kind projects you do yourself (no matter how lame or easy they may be), things done right, and mint condition OEM
Not: the accessory aisle at any automotive store, spending 500 dollars on tons of small little meaningless mods when you should just save up for the one big one. lambo doors, aluminum spoilers, painted interiors, colored tint.. well.. i think you get it.

This is my unbiased opinion. Lower Your Car, it doesn't matter if you have 15',16',17', or 18's.. A lowered ride & great Suspension work is a must

Hot- working on ur car... installing ur own parts, tuning ur own engine, etc.. Getting in touch with ur car. You will feel so much better when u can actually tell someone you have done everything yourself and when they ask u details u can share. Being an individual.
