Static Tint
i found static tint at wal-mart for $20. all you do is just put a little water on the window and it clings to the window. doesnt have glue on the back side. so no permenent glue marks if it messes up. i might try it and see how i like it. i dont have loads of cash so i want a temp tint fix untill i start getting paid at my other job. and i want to see if cops will pull me over if i have 20% where its only legal to 35.

I am not sure how good, that stuff is but giver a try and see whats its like. It might be a good temp solution for some people, or like you said could be a good test to see if the 5-0 will come after you.

i found it in the automotive section. the roll is very long but i hope it big enought so i can do the entire car except windsheild. im just going to let it sit for 2-3 days before i mess with rolling a window down. ill probably go pick some up tommarrow
subrage: how many rolls you get?
i picked up 2 rolls just incase.. but after i got them, i asked some ppl around here. and alot of them said just return it and wait til i have the money to get it professionally done. but im impatient. so im thinkin bout just doing the back 3 windows just to test it out. and if its good, i might do the front 3. not sure yet. or i might just return both rolls. but it was cheap though. 13bucks a roll

i got the big rv roll. and i cut all the pieces "in squars" out they will all fit but the back is going to be a b*ch i cant figure out how to get it around the break light since it sticks to the window. im going to finish tommarrow. i had about 1 hour to measure and cut the peices in squars. now i just have to put them on and trim the edges. definaly use water i was messing around with it and was alot easier to get the air bubbles out. ill tell everyone how it turns out tommmarrow when i get finished. hope fully someone will tell me a trick to get it around the tail light.
take off the rear deck. thats wat i was ganna do if the tint stuff worked out good.. subrage, did you get alot of tiny bubbles you couldnt get rid of? i had a crap load of it.. i first did the small rear window on the driver side. and from the inside, it looked like there was no bubbles, but when you look at it from the outside, its everywhere. i really dont recommend it
