Tuning Resources in Western Oregon

O.K., so I'm new to this tuning thing (really new). I bought a 2002 Civic EX for my commute and discovered the bolt-on universe. At this point, the EX has headers, cold air intake, low friction pulleys, suspension, short shift linkage, full Xenon body stuff, blah, blah, blah, and just about everything that's available for Gen 7 (which aint much). After I started this addiction, I quickly realized that there are very few options for real performance improvements - no turbos or superchargers, throttle bodies or hi-flow fuel rails, etc. for the near future, right? So before you flame me, I admit that I was naive in buying a Gen 7. Now, I'm stuck with my decision but still want to build a sub 14 second car. I'm serious, don't care about my warranty and willing to spend the bucks to do this. I realize that I need a good shop to help with this project. I live in the Mid-Willamette Valley (near Corvallis, Oregon). Does anyone know a good shop in Western Oregon who has a decent track record (pun intended) for assisitng in real performance improvements for 2001+ Civics? BTW, I live near the Woodburn drag strip if this helps nail down my coordinates.

Thanks

...thought I couldn't post pics 'til I became a member. If you ignore the decals The Xenon Page has a silver EX that looks just like my ride.
