the quote you got will go to the his insurance company and then they will give you a check for THAT amount. if you want more then that, you'll have to find a body shop that'll be charge a little more... or something like that. i dunno how they do it all.. but i think that's how it is.. but isn't the T2001 only like 350???

His insurance company will probably want to see the estimate first, and may request that they inspect your vehicle for the damage, or see a police report etc...They will then make a check out to you for the amount of the estimate.

His insurance company will want to estamate it and no matter what place you take it to they(insurance) will only give you the amount they see fit to give you unless there is internal damage...then it goes up....thats how it goes....watch out the insurance company will try to screw you

let them see the car and then take your car to a shop where you can get them to lie for you. Have them tell the insurance company that there is damage under the bumper and so you will get more cash, kinda risky but i had a friend do it....

the insurance company will most likely want to see the car. but if you can... get the auto shop you're getting the work done to hold your car and have the insurance to look at it there... then the owner or whoever can explain why it's so important to replace certain parts.. otherwise they'll say you don't need everything... make sense? insurance will intimidate you and tell you that everything's not necessary... but if the body shop tells them that it is.. then they might listen...
