I CANT BELEIVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I CANT BELEIVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does anyone remember when i posted a thread about how a sheet of plywood went through my hood about 4 weeks after i got my car? well aint this a b!tch!!
my car got destroyed yesterday!!! i was at a red light and as soon as it turned green...BAM!!!!!!!!!......some punkass 17 year old and his explorer slammed into my civic. its totally destroyed.
i was not at fault(specially since i wasnt moving).
i will post pics ASAP, prob tomorrow(3/22/02).

cant beleive this happened to me again. it happened when i had my 99 lx(not at fault then either)
i am sad to say that i will not be keeping/getting another 7thgen.
the way i see it, this is my chance to get a much better car.
ATTN: mohawkboom, funny how you should talk about getting your car wrecked eh?? LOL!
so the way i see it these are my top choices for my next car, which i will be getting just before summer, i want to wait to concentrate on school, and finalize my choices:
Most likely chance i will get either:
Subaru WRX
Full size chevy silverado, 8in lift, 35's
6thgen hatch, b20vtec, clean jdm style
RSX-S
Golf IV 1.8T
Very high chance i will dump the racing game and get either:
IS 300 either yellow or black
2002/3 audi A4 1.8T quattro(beautiful great fast luxo car. I LUV IT)
I also though about but prob not:
Nissan exterra(but its a nissan. iccckkkk!!)
Tacoma PreRunner V6
OOOORRRRR:
i could always get my car fixed and dump hella money into it and make the pimpiest ride on this forum?
im open to all suggestions comments.
its sad that this forum has lost a civic(but not a member)

Well depends is your car a write off?...if so.. use the $$$ and grab up the 94(5th gen) Hatch the 6th gens with the sloped rear windhield just don't have the style.... drop in a b18c5 Spoon modified engine .

write off? i dont understand. i think you mean lease or buy, if so then my car is bought. no lease for me.
about the 5thgen. sorry. i love the 6's. their great inside and out. oh and by the way, spoon engine sucks for the money. i could build a gsr/lsvtec/crvtec that would kick the crap out of a spoon engine for about the same money. spoon is a great company with great parts but its just a name. dont get me wrong, i love spoon too.

SOHC..by write off I mean not repairable.. Otherwise if it's not a write off (insurance buys you a replacement) and can be repired... well you're stuck with a civic that's been in a bad accident and resale just went WAY downhill
SOHCScreamer... LS/VTEC isn't that fast. A fully built b16 Spoon would kick the crap outta a GSR swap, defently an LS/Vtec. The fully built b18c5 that mohawkboom mentioned would beat 90% of the cars on the road today. You could easly beat an Integra GSR Turbo (Seen it).
ok got ya. no i dont think it will be totaled. it prob has about $8000 worth of damage though. from what i heard anyway.
yeah my resale just took a dive. but as long as i break even on what i put down, i dont car.
damn my neck hurts, what do you think $10000 should cover my pain and suffering right?

Damn yankees.. you folks can sue for damages in car accidents.. us Canadians can't.. at least no in Quebec...I say about $15k.. you were traumatized too..it caused to you have nightmares for week.. even wet your bed(good for an extra $5k lol)
shady doctor? my dad is a doctor. but he's not shady. very professional actually.
btw: speaking of doctors, i went into the ER yesterday just so i can have files for insurance purposes, and i got it and out in about an hour and 15. HEHEHEH. perks of having a doctor as your dad suckas!
oh and i dont think i will envolve a lawyer, i will only threaten with a lawyer.

Sorry to hear about your accident... I'd get a 5/6th gen hatch with a swap (probably B18C5) and full motor build. Hope it works out for you!
