Rep Power: 0 i've put in about 400 bucks in repairs, 300 for rims, 50 for intake (short ram), 70 bucks on upgrading plugs, wires etc. 600 for sound system.. so i guess altogether it's $1420 and i plan on doing an engine swap to a GSR engine this summer... but the motor mounts for my car are $600

Rep Power: 0 What's up guys I'm new to this place and new with my car, I've only spent about $500 something on headers, intake and exhaust. I just got about an extra $500 to spend and I wanted to know what I should do to my B16A to increase performance at that cost. Help me out if possible.

$3500 for tranny that again just went out which happened to be again right after the warranty went up...
$2500 for head gasket cracking, water pump, radiator (the tank melted) and timing belt changed
and probably another $4000 atleast on rims, tires, audio equipment, suspension, and other stuff...
well im now looking for a different car... NOT A CIVIC

I have over 7k in my current turbo setup alone, including engine build cost. It'd be closer to around 12k if I had paid labor.
Over the years since I've had it, probably around 20k or so.

K20a2 swap, Kpro, race header, intake-$7,000
Tein Basic dampers-$850
Sway bar, strut bar, camber adjustment-$700
Enkie rims-$700
Total in tires (I go through alot of tires)-$1500
Tuning time-$400
bi-annually alignments-$300
Si rear brake swap-$300
Goodridge stainless lines-$100
Brake pads (I go through alot of pads)-$200
Fluids (oil, brake, tranny, clutch)-$600
Total spent so far-~$12,650 I have sold some of my old parts to make about $3,000 so net total would be around $10,000.
Future $ to spend:
-race tires and rims-$1000
-Quaif ATB-$1000
-new suspension-$1,200
-more tuning time-$300
New total $3500+old 10,000=$13,500-$500 for the suspension that I would sell=Final total of $13,000
The final total would put my car where I want it, where it will be by next race season.

I don't even want to know. In the last 2 months I have dropped over $5K on the turbo stuff. That doesn't count everything I've done prior. I totaled it up and for just the stuff involved in the the turbo project I'm at $6483. Then there's paint, I.C.E., suspension, my bolt-on I/H/E bits, wheels and tires. I have two Civics but it only looks like one.

I've got a CD/MP3 player at the costs of $300. I had a 12" Kappy Perfect in the trunk, but I sold it after the amp went out.
I'll be spending $350 on Tokico struts, but only because one of the stock ones is completely blown out now.
My other car has about $20k - $25k in it,m but the Civic will stay stock.

I recently drove in my friends Mustang GT and im in love. im not hating on the civic because its what i got but after driving in it, makes me wish and wonder how nice life would be with a car like that. right now as a student i cant afford it right now, but i hope soon in the future.

$3000. I got a paint job with lip kit painting and installation $2500.
then lip kit and grill - $400
tints - $175
so yeah, i need wheels $1000
projector headlights $175 plus installation maybe like $200.
dropping the car will cost me like 400 if not more.
intake wont be cheap either...
so yeah still lots more to come! i mean to spend lol
