just test drove 06 sti

A friend of mine just got a black 06 STI with 900 miles. he let me smash on it the first three gears and it was so pleasureable to me. I have never drivin anything like that. it was amazing. I'm already sick of the vic. haha I WANT POWER NOW!

seriously, i dont think you need to break any car in. They just use that as a precaution, but from the factory, once they run the motor, it gets all the fluids running and test everything before they let it out for sales.

hwt101 is an unknown quantity at this point

there are two guys that come to overdrive one w/an sti and one w/an evo and neither one is stock and DAMN there is no feeling like 400hp going to all wheels when you take off

glad you like the experience.... obviously it's in a different class. NA D17 Civic would have a tough time matching up with anything over 200WHP.

tru dat! he already planned to get rims and upgrade the turbo and a lip kit but i think hes has to go back to afghan soon so that wont happen for awhile. ive never drivin a boosted car and when the boost kicks in...man juice everywhere!

^^^yeah turbo cars make neat sounds too....are you thinking about moving on to an awd soon? i've always like the wrx's since they got here....very amazing machines....nothing like buying somthing race ready out of the box....like the sti/mr/etc...

yeah... there are some really nice cars out there. sti's are really fun cars to drive. If you enjoyed that, test drive an evo.... equally nice, they're lighter and handle even better...
oh.. and i know the feeling about getting back into the civic after driving something like that. Civics are the first cars for a lot of ppl, gives you ideas about upgrading doesn't it.

i would love to get an sti over my civic but im plannin on gettin a wrx hopefully soon, parents promised. its a nice upgrade even tho its still not an sti, which far superior than the wrx, but im not gonna complain. drove a couple wrx that came to my old work and boy was i pleased.
