JUST ROASTED A CELICA GT-S
This of course was in my rsx-s but there forums have like 2 people in it and are soo boring anyways i beat it by like 3/4 car length. Those are pretty fast as well but i-vtec power REPRESENTED

Rep Power: 0 she was close to where my gas tank is thats close not hella close thou the closet race i have been in with the rsx-s is a 2000 si thats been beefed up

Rep Power: 0 it was a girl? no offense to the girls on this site but was this car stock? because if she just has this car and doesn't mod it then she may not know how to race it well, I think it should have beaten you, unless your rsx is far from stock

Rep Power: 0 I wouldnt say the CELICAS ARE SAD, but I would say that the engine control is sad. The car automaticly cuts off at 7900 now for some reason. It didnt do it for the first month I had the damn thing, but now the cars kicks off at 79k. And as far as the race goes, it pretty much whoever is the better driver. I beat a type-s back in iowa because he didnt catch 3rd all the way. It was fun though. He started crawling up on me, so I shut her and kept my pride.
yup totally agree the gts is slow even done up, my friend's gts couldnt smoke the RSX-S.

gts with trd exhuast, aem cai, aem pulleys, apexi s-afc, only has 171-172HP to the wheel. it was dynoed by my buddies 01 gt-s.

wuts wrong with you.. and no only 02+ model of celica cuts off at 7900rpm.. the 00 and 01 model don't cut of there but somewehre higher.... cuz toyota changed ecu for 02 models......
but this type s smoking a gts is like a rare smoke... itz not everyday that an rsx can be able to smoke a celica... for my preference.. toyota's vvtl-i is way better than the ivtec......
ivtec is just vtec with intelligence.. while the vvtl-i was totally built from ground up. honda just copied.......
both cars are good. but i wouldn't get it... for that price i'd get a used rx 7 n smoke da shiETTTT out of u

thats the type of dumb sh*t I hate.. why look forward to that?.... I'd look forward to racin a new si you can get for under 19,000+with xtra 6,000 worth of mods that would equal what you paid for your car

I hate when peps go out an spend an xtra 6 or whatever grand on a car... an then go serchin for cheaper cars to beat up on
why I hate mustang owners that go out an spend 24-26,000 on a v8 260hp 302 torgue car... an talk sh*t on our econo cars

Rep Power: 0 ok, i'm gonna have to say B.S.!!! u know that stock for stock, the type-s is 1/10 of a second faster through the 1/4 than a gt-s(2000, 01). i'll race any rsx-s for fun if they want to bring it. this isn't an impressive time, but i ran a 15.5@89. and this was done with my 18's on, FULL tank of gas, every bit of my girlfreinds stuff in the car, my subs and box in the trunk, and some of my stuff in the car. so u smoked a gt-s huh? musta been an auto...
