OMG, The Coolest Dodge Neon...
I saw a faded bluish-purple Neon with Altezza's. Then I looked at the wheels. He (or she, rice does not discriminate) had stock rims, with a fake brake rotor plate thingy on top of that, and chrome hub caps on top of that.[IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]
