i can't believe the nerve of this guy ... i never thought that posting in caps was gonna kick me out of 2k1 ( as much as i talk good of this sight )i think this moderator is gased up with a little to much "im the boss juice" . don't get me wrong i know that there are rules to follow in the site but please tell me were it says i cant post with caps. WHATS WRONG IT HURTS YOUR EYES!!!!! i think gtr just wants to bust my ***** (give a woman some power and she thinks she can run it all ) this is dedicated to GTR and all the moderators busting peoples chops for writng with caps. remember your nothing without hos2k1 and the rest of these members cause without us you wouldint be moderating....... oh and nissan skyline gtr is a really bad name to have so chage it !!!! its like owning a civic site and naming you self RX7.. do something about it.

man i didnt know anything about this. i always thought the " CAPS!!! INTENDED!!!" signature was sorta funny...???...oh well not only do you have to follow rules, but, i guess you have to be curteous to others.
and i dont see why you guys have to call hose2k1 any names. uncalled for.
i dont know why you would get mad over CAPS. everyone has their own way of being unique on this site: Phill and his britney pics, grey with those cool "GREY" signatures. i always though that that was hose's thing to set him apart from the rest.
oh well. sorry hose. it was cool while it lasted. what can i say.......

Rep Power: 0 i agree on both ends...caps is annoying as hell if used excessively all the time...I havent seen a lot of your posts so I can't give a fair judgement on that, while at the other end out of all the moderators I would say GTR has the most PMS out of all of em...Ive seen more locked threads from him/her than prob any other mod on the site

Rep Power: 0 caps suck, i don't like them. i tried to type all normal, and i just got lazy. it hurts my eyes and it just seems like if you can't turn off the caps lock how can you know anything worth reading. any post in all caps is always skipped by me.

Rep Power: 0 I too "HATE" CAPS..heheh......and have asked many members over the last year to please refrain from using caps as it is annoying(nicely of coarse)....IMHO!...but I do not think banning someone is an appropriate alternative....even as a final resolution.......so with that said thank you for the info. I would like to remind members that moderating this site is very time consuming and a job I take very seriously due to helping people...and from the shear number of traffic that comes and goes through here.....YES, even me....lash out on members after having a bad day or reviewing many, many,.......many,...MANY.....posts and multiple posts. dumb posts, ignorant posts....and trouble maker members....you can get worked up, trust me!!!... as everything you do will not please everyone...so bare with us sometimes if we come off as being to judgemental...Thanks....Peace!

All CAPS is very annoying. I don't know why people type in all CAPS? Anyway, it seems GTR was on some sort of a power trip. If he warned you though and you didn't comply then that's like saying, "Go !@#$ yourself!". I don't think he liked it when you did that.

However, yes all caps is annoying...its just like bad handwriting or your apperance, it reflects the type of person you are. Yes we all have our "things" that make us unique, but caps lock should not be one of them.

Rep Power: 0 typing in caps is annoying. but so are pictures of women in lingerie and/or with their ***** popping out in people's signatures. this issue was brought up a few weeks ago i think, and i'm just bringing it up again....if caps is something to be banned for, why are half-naked pictures perfectly ok? i'm in school right now with people and librarians everywhere and freaked out about scrolling through any threads cause of that crap. if people want to make threads in off-topic that are specifically for posting their fantasy girls, cool, but as for the rest of the forums, maybe turn your signature off when you reply- all but ONE forum is about cars, and i want to be able to read about cars when i'm in school without worrying about it.

i can see where a moderator would get mad for having given an order and it been simply "ignored". however, to threaten to ban (or send a case to a review board etc) for using the caps lock is absolutely rediculous. i didnt realize that this was a communist forum where something so meaningless as typing in all caps is prohibited. i can see where someone would get offended by bad language or pseudoporn pics in their signatures, but all caps? you have got to be kidding me. I will not comment of the "happy locking" that GTR has been accused of simply because i have no knowledge of it. BUT- GTR the use of your word "bull$hit" may offend someone in this forum, so maybe you should lock this thread for your own use of bad language (because we all know what you are saying even though you use a $ instead of a S.) AND your use of the "moon" at the end shows us your lack of maturity after having written "have a nice day".
I am not trying to hate on mods. personally i think GREY is one of the nicest people on this site and he handles problems in a very mature manner. i know there is a lot of stuff that you guys have to deal with...but i never have, and never will stand for abuses of power...whether it was a bad day or not.
