i can see where a moderator would get mad for having given an order and it been simply "ignored". however, to threaten to ban (or send a case to a review board etc) for using the caps lock is absolutely rediculous. i didnt realize that this was a communist forum where something so meaningless as typing in all caps is prohibited. i can see where someone would get offended by bad language or pseudoporn pics in their signatures, but all caps? you have got to be kidding me. I will not comment of the "happy locking" that GTR has been accused of simply because i have no knowledge of it. BUT- GTR the use of your word "bull$hit" may offend someone in this forum, so maybe you should lock this thread for your own use of bad language (because we all know what you are saying even though you use a $ instead of a S.) AND your use of the "moon" at the end shows us your lack of maturity after having written "have a nice day".
I am not trying to hate on mods. personally i think GREY is one of the nicest people on this site and he handles problems in a very mature manner. i know there is a lot of stuff that you guys have to deal with...but i never have, and never will stand for abuses of power...whether it was a bad day or not.

I find it perfectly normal that ban request was in place because that particualr member does not obey the rules and have no respect for mods. There was no other option for me but to give him a ban warning. Why dont you tell me, Eric. How would you handle a situation like that !?
The reason I used BS, is because I am simply tired of never ending arguments with you people. Nobody pays me for this and it is very time consuming. For trying to keep this place clean all I get is bitching(did I really say this) from you people.

Mods, if its in caps lock and you find it annoying-well you signed on for this position so deal with it. if it doesnt pertain to the forum then lock it. if there is obusive language then lock it. but if it's just a matter of caps lock. THEN LIGHTEN UP!!!!! right GTR? just lighten up.

At least somebody around is here is thinking. Leave the mod alone, he is simply doing what he is suppose to do. As for the turd that likes to post in all caps, take your left pinky finger, and hit the CAPS LOCK button on your keyboard before typing.
I know that not knowing how to do that was the reason you typed in all caps. If you don't want to come across as a moron, don't act like one.

Rep Power: 419 Don't hate on GTR guys. He's just a little tougher than most 'cause he's seen so much crap on this board. He locks threads that aren't in the right forum to get the point across. I don't think I'm going to lock this thread. It's a valid discussion. I also notice that most of the users of this forum moderate everyone who's out of line as well. Thanks for doing this guys. Same with the CAPS thing, many users will simply let you know that you should turn off the CAPS 'cause it's hard to read. I don't even have to say anything to correct most of the bad apples on this board.
Most of you know what's right or wrong. Some of you just want to be hard and what not and you ignore or defy authority. This ticks us power mongers (moderators) off! The member black did this to me a while ago, so I banned him. At first I let him stay on thinking that he might change, but alas that didn't happen. Anyway... I hope you guys know that we're here to help. If you don't like what one of us is doing, then ask for change. If more of you agree, then something will be done about it for sure. This is not a communist setup as some of you would like to believe. This is a democratic setup where the majority rules.
