need help urgently please!!!
ok os i just hit 80k miles on my car and the maintance required light came on and so i chnaged my oil cleaned the engine and changed the cabnet filters but the light is still on what do i need to do im so lost o and i dont have my owners manul so if its somehtign sinmple thats in there im sorry for not knowing but i lost my manul along time ago thanx for your help

It's prob. scheduled maintenance. Most likely it wants you to change your tranny fluid at 80k. Do what I do and hold down the button when you start the car up and bam no more annoying light

80k miles, following the older maint schedule:
some things depend on time (brake fluid every 3 years, coolant every 2-3 yrs, spark plugs? air filter? cabin filters? tranny fluid? oil?)
there is nothing specific for 80k however be prepared for timing belt water pump service when you reach 100k. you could also get brakes checked if its been over 20k miles since last time.clean up the battery and terminals, clean ground wire connections, check suspension, check fluids. basically just repeat stuff youve done earlier hopefully.
