Hi all, i have a question here... It is VTEC are equals to VTI ???

If not then what is VTI stand for ?
And what is the different of btw VTI & VTEC ??

VTEC and VVTI are basiclaly the same thing its valve/cam timing.

uhhh.....yeah. i don't know anymore right now, but every company uses this technology, mostly for fuel economy. you can usually fix that though...

are you talking about vti as in the car model?

if so no in aus (and i dunno where else) instead of getting dx lx ex etc we get

gli vti vti-r type r etc

i think all of them have vtec

...i think CVT stands for "continuously variable transmission.".......Its a type of transmission where it has conceptually infinite gears....dont quote me....but for sure, it doesnt have gears.....honda offers this transmission on the 8thcivic Hybrid and i thing the 7thgen hubrid too.....

for ford, Zetec is the name of there 2.0L line of engines, Duratec is the 2.3L. VCT is the Variable Cam Timing. Just correcting
