Well should i leave it in the non heated attached garage. or start it up now and let it "warm up" in that cold *** weather? or will it just get cold idling.

Rep Power: 0 that is insane. why would you live in a place like that. my freezes when it is like 35. it only reaches that on record low type days down here in Florida. we usually stay above the 40 mark.

hehe... that's like asking why people live in Alaska, or in California right over the San Andreas(sp?) fault line, or in a crappy snow-bound city like Buffalo. For one reason or another, they just happen to live there, and that's just the way it is, man

Rep Power: 0 It hit -33Celcius with the windchill where I am today...
I came out to start my car and the doors were frozen shut...
So i got an extension cord and a blow dryer and started slowy dethawing the door... took me about 15 minutes to finally open...
The roads are covered with about 2 inches of snow also...
Its brutal... I want to move to Southern California or Florida.

Rep Power: 0 Damn I thought it was cold today, but -27? Yikes..
I dont really mind it though, I'm used to it. Sitting inside a warm car is no problem at all, its just the walking outside from the parking garage, to school, that kills me. Cold as f*ck.

Rep Power: 0 Holy mackeral it's cold up there. You guys must have to cover every bit skin on your body. Man, I have lived in the SE all my life and we jump for joy when we get snow every couple of years. Seems like you guys would be used to it if you have lived there your whole life. I just can believe it gets that cold up there. Where exactly is Edmonton located in Canada?

Rep Power: 0 wow, this was a popular thread. lol, well i just got home. I made it to school alright. lol.. Just Blizzaks no snowblades. With windchill it was reallly reallly cold. The -27 was before windchill. I'm just glad I have an attached garage to park in, so the civic doesn't freeze too badly. I do have a block heater.
Edmonton is the largest city this far north (In the world). ummm, it's in central alberta. Alberta is above montana.

I think Moscow is further north and probably larger as well. How many people live is Stockholm or Oslo? Those are cities about where the Territories meet the Provinces in Canada. Although, they are all about 4C, much warm tahn Edmonton due to the warm Atlantic currents.
The summit of Everest in Nepal is -40 right now. You don't need to ask C or F, becuase it's the same. Nepal is about as far north as Mexico.
