any thing handles well with enough tire under it. but regardless the Elise cought up at almost every twisty section.... but has 0 chance in the straights. which tells me that the Veyron doesnt handle nearly as well. weight probably being its biggest disadvantage.

Yeah, but you have to admit, 1001 bhp, intelligent AWD, and at very least good handling make it an extremly desirable car.

I would rather the veyron, because if I could afford one, I could easily afford an Exige S as a daily driver. Actually if I wanted to always be in a race car, I would drive a 360 CS till an F430 CS would be available.
Harsh ride, monsterous exhaust tone, and loud exhaust, and no luxury are things I would consider for a daily driver. I would drive a GT1 car daily if it were more reliable and legal. Form ALWAYS should follow function, if thats the kind of car you want

HP does not mean everything. if i could afford the veyron pricetag, i wouldnt be looking at the veyron. there are much better cars out there that would outdrive it on any road.

the biggest thing about the veyron is that its a production car that topped the 1000hp mark. its a great achievement and all, but that does not make the car.

and believe me, there are so few of these that are gonna be made that the few who get their hands on them are probably not gonna drive them. all the videos you see of the car on the track is their show model, probably.

Well now I would be investing in a Caparo T1 for sure! I can't live without that kind of speed in my life if I could afford it. I would literally never be home. I would be driving fast, filling up, and getting serviced. Thats about it. And the T1 seats 2 so I can get serviced while my car gets serviced.

There are a few rich people in the world with the same mentallity as me though. I will drive $1M worth if I pay $1M. That means beating the hell out of it on the track (not wreckless, but driving like it was a race). That means always speeding and pushing the car when you can. I would not garage it, I would drive it. And I am sure a few people who own them will.
