yes its free, as it states "40-point vehicle inspection, at no charge."

I got my 40 pt. inspection for free today lol! They tell you what's worn and needs replacing (they expect you to ask them to service the car), then you either do it yourself or take it to someone else where they won't charge you up the butt. Not bad if you ask me.
