watch out for big bulky gray/silver boxes on poles near heavy traffic intersections like that

ok i hop eyou read this before you actually pay or go to court. you have the right to face and question your accuser, you cannot questions or face a camera in court there fore it is a direct violation of your civil rights. i as well as several of my friends have all bee let off of the ticket that was issued by asking to face and question my accuser. the judge gets pissed but it worked for me and several other people i know (at least 5) i have to talk to the others that i have given the advise. my father in law was one of them and he got off too!!

nice pic but how does that prove anything? it looks like you stopped. shouldn't the camera take the pic while you're in the intersection? that would make more sense.

I was wondering about what you could do. Camera's should be illegal, and statistics about their effectiveness are more than weak. I saw somewhere that they caused accident rates to go up because people would get nervous when they see the light turn yellow and slam their brakes and get rear ended. This defense seems good, ill make sure to bring it up if I ever get caught.
