~Best Take Off for AUTO DRIVERS....~

I was wondering for all you AUTO DRIVERS, what is the best take off when you wanna race?

When i take off, i brake and gas it up to 2rpms, of coarse it jacks up your brakes a little bit, but damn do u get a clean take off. I mean, ive smoked(well kept up) with a lot of cars just by doing that. I think sometimes on short distances I have the advantage cuz i get the cleanest and quickest take off. All i got is a CAI, and a Y-Pipe, and i do pretty good against other acuras and hondas and even against LX Mustangs.

So ya i know are cars arent the quickest thing in the world, but i dont do so bad sometimes in my automatic when i brake and gas it when i race....AAA

So any other better ways to take off??? for AUTOOOOOOOOOS

A Y-Pipe is a cut-off exhaust, which lets out air before the cat...and i designed my own switch, where whenever i want to close the cut out i can, thus making it a regular exhaust and i can open it which making it, kind of like a straight pipe....that a "Y PIPE"

auto stick auto stick auto stick, who cares?? its a civic, we all own the same one or else were not on this site. sure 5 speeds are fun and a little faster, but its so lame to be judged on your tranny. ive done a lot with my car to make it LOOK really nice, since the things an econo box, lets face it. but its super nice looking and were fortunate for the style. some kid yesterday said "yo man, your car would be nice if it had a 5-speed". gee, sorry if the fact i have an auto ruins the body kit and rims and drop and all the other goodies that people are giving me props for and im proud of. its a civic, i bought it cause its nice, and wasnt expecting to get too much out of a 130 or so hp 1.7 liter single cam engine. so stop the seperation of autos and 5 speeds, its probably the dumbest seperation out there.

driving stick is a skill that sets you apart from the vast majority of people. anyone can drive an automatic, but driving stick takes skill. once you know how to drive stick, you realize automatic is for lazy people and people who dont really care about driving, or just dont know any better
