But puttin things together will surely be even more fun. I just took apart a generous portion of my dash trim so that it can be dropped off at a local shop to be custom painted to match my exterior...(eternal blue pearl). Just thought I'd show you how my car looks like now....I will post after pics....i dunno...whenever the car is done. ahahah.

And if you wanna see my ride...its on the members rides section.

Same color as the exterior of the car. Eternal Blue Pearl.

If you notice, I have already painted part of the gauge cluster in silver. I want to keep the whole blue and silver theme more or less the same throughout the car. So I try to bring the exterior in and the interior out. (hence the polished lip and rivets, the silver mesh on the sideskirt, and the soon to be silver mesh on my altezza style grill and front lower mesh)

k3wl idea. I like themes that go throughout the entire car. Makes the whole car look better IMO.

I will most certainly try and remember to do so. I am sure I will. I cant wait...but it seems like it may be a while since the shop that is doind this for me has been quite busy as of lately. I am not sure when he will get to my stuff. Hopefully my altezza style grill will be in soon and I can drop that off too.

I also need to post pics of the aluminum valve cover that ALLMAN was so nice to hook me up with and my clear headlights!

I forgive you. Guess what, I'm getting TYC projectors! I won't be saddened that much about being a loner with stock headlights.

looks like crap right now, but I am sure it will be smooth when it is finished. I can't wait to see. I love it when people take the time to do it right instead of hastily doing it in a couple of hours on a Saturday. your paint job will last for a long time, while some of the others will start to crack and stuff after a couple years. to you.

I didnt primer the gauge cluster simply because that area is not or should not be exposed to humidity and the like, therefore it is less likely to chip or whatever.

The paint color....I think its called hammered silver. DOnt know the exact code, mainly because it was paint that a friend had left over in his house. It is VERY similar to the silver found in the rest of our OEM trimmings (for ex: around the shift ****, on the door handles, etc). I will try to get the paint number for you.

Avenger, you are correct, it is the sprk plug cover. I am used to saying valve cover so much...that I must have slipped. My apologies.

Grey...TYC headlights huh? Mmmm....gotta see gotta see! Make sure you post or send me pics once you get 'em.

Zackde and Redsands, I will try to get you that information as soon as I can.

Thanks for everyones replies!
