Anyone know how much voltage goes to the throttle position sensor?

Intercooler is an unknown quantity at this point
Anyone know how much voltage goes to the throttle position sensor?

On GM's it is 0-4.5V. At 4.5V it goes into power enrichment or full throttle. Anyone know what a 2001 Civic is? I want to add a volt booster but it needs 4.5V at the throttle position sensor to trigger.
