Grey: Is it even possible to run a intercooler with a custom turbo? This is something that
I have went about crazy over trying to figure out how the Intercooler pipes and how they would be routed.
To me, it seems as though both pipes will have to be routed on the passenger side. If there is not enough
room, would you relocate your battery for the extra space needed?

The answer is absolutley......

Yes it involves a lot more work (or money) and yes, some stuff may need to be relocated, but it is entirely possible.

Just expensive.

Yeah, I've thought about this a lot. I don't think there's enough room to fit two pipes through the passenger side either. You'de have to get that plastic wheel well trim out of the way. Anyway, I've got my air horns there, so I don't want to route them that way. You could do it by routing them under the frame. That would create a ground clearance problem though. You could alleviate that a little by flattening out both pipes when they near the frame. Besides those two ways I don't see how you could do it? Maybe buying a smaller width radiator core and smaller cooling fans? Then you could route the pipes on either side of the radiator core? That would be another way.

I had to go back 5 pages to dig this up!

Looking at it it seems your best bet would be to go in on the drivers side down by the a/c tubing and canister, It looks like you could never get through there but you can fit your arm down there which means you can get a pipe in there....

Through the cooler

Then out the hole where the Injen kit goes in to the TB

You would absolutley have to get a new bumper.

Another option would be to louver your hood and add an I/C where the silencer box usually sits (the air filter would have to fit under it or sit in the AEM position).
