Why would you appear racist? I really wouldn't know, since here practically anyone can rice out or make a car look stupid, it's not a thing of race, since we're only one...

By the way, is this comment connected to the "it's in Tennessee" comment?

No it would be connected to more of the darker race, not mentioning any particular one, but those who mainly have vehicles that looks like that, that is as in depth as I am going to get. (By the way I grew up in a town where the KKK ran things, but I am in no way associated with them.)
