ive come to realize that the police see my car and try to find anything to pull me over for. i cant go a month with out getting stopped and i cant go 5 months without getting a ticket. i dont speed no more, i always use directionals when turning and switching lanes. its just cause i drive a semi modded civic, i got an exhaust and intake so im pretty loud, and i got tint. but that alone has cops all over me. i drove from my house down to my gfs house 15mins away and i got followed the whole time to the county line (he cant pass it) i wasnt doing a thing wrong. i got stopped one cause the cop was bored. then he ticketed me for my inspection which was up that day (i got stopped at 3am) so it only expired 3 hours before. so im thinking about getting a car that cops dont look at much. i was gunna go with a Scion xB or xA but not diggin them much. but then i though i would get a nice peppy sexy lookin sedan. i found a 1999 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro AWD for 8950k with 78k miles on it. what you think about this? you think i should sell my vic which i love just it is completly stopping me from modding it more cause im scared im gunna get pulled over more, or keep it and say f the police.
if i got the Audi my modlist would be slight lowering, rims, tint, clear corners/sidemarkers, lipkit, doubt the cops will bother me then.

Rep Power: 269 Audi's are nice cars, my uncle used to have a TT and it was fun to drive. If you want to trade, the A4 will definitely keep the cop's eyes off of you, but if I were you, I would just get a quieter exhaust. Aftermarket exhaust systems seem to attract the most attention from the cops, that's why I took my rs*r off and put the stock exhaust back on.

Rep Power: 300 radar detector will do nothing, causee 99.9999999% of the time im not doing anything wrong anyway. taking off my mods defeats the purpose of modding. i feel because of a sterotype that all civic owners street race i cant drive my car no more. my gf has a 94 Altima, she flew past a cop at 70mph the other night, in a 55, but the cop did nothing, if that was my car she was driving she would have been stopped

Rep Power: 336 dude, if they pull you over, they have to have a reason. next time you get pulled over in the same area, "call your seargent/captian" out here. make them come out. go talk to them alone, and be like " this is the xth time ive been stopped, there are no reasons. i don't like it and its not needed." threaten to sue or something.

Rep Power: 283 i get the same problem here cuz of my car i changed it up so much so it looks different now im jus selling it and buy a 06 rsx. altho its gonna make more noise then the civic i rele dont care.. i would say keep it the audi looks crappy

Rep Power: 300 yeah newer gen is nice, but i accually like the this gen better. i dont know, rollin up to clients in a civic isnt the best, im a web developer, im still torn, i love my vic, but im sick of getting hassled, i dont know.
The handling is so awsome!

Rep Power: 300 well i did some research and the 1.8Ts suck reliablity wise, and since i dont know how it was maintained i dont trust it. so im stickin with the vic, i only get stopped at night, so maybe i will just have other people drive at night most the time. lol
