What Kind of Integra is this?

So i was checking out the honda-tech forums, and in the integra section where ppl had pics of their cars i ran into this style of integra. ive never seen one before but i think its hot as hell. all the integra's ive seen have the dual lights at the front, and these are more like the 91-93 style lights. is this a conversion of some sort? even type R's ive seen have the dual headlights instead of this style. if its just a conversion i would seriously consider getting myself another GSR and doing this to it.

It is a regular integra. Just with a JDM front end conversion.

^ Yeah, that mini alfa romeo looking grill looks wacky.

Those are the original fronts, they look much better than the circles that came stock here in the states... Also, I believe those were the fronts on Type-R's....

what kind of cash would it take to convert a stock integra to the JDM front. i dont own an integra right now, but what i was thinking was i would look for a GSR with some front end damage, and compare it to the price of putting all the new front end parts on it. im not a fan of body kits though so id like a regular front end.

im in canada btw, if that changes anything.

the jdm front ends go for around 1500 to 2 grand. keep in mind that there are non hid headlights and hid headlights. that can make a huge difference and also the condition of the hood, fenders, bumper and what not also affects the price.

do the parts just bolt on in the same locations as the factory style? or is there going to be work to fit them properly?

i think it looks good, but the US circle lights look much better.

Everyone jumps on the JDM bandwagon and has a JDMsplooge everytime they see a honda with a subtle lip and black wheels. it looks good but I am sick of those people. get over it people lol.

welp...your gonna run into some huge problems if you do that.
if the front has damage then your gonna have fitment problems b/c your frame has been altered.
we'll be doin' a conversion on my friends integra w/a b20 turbo in it---oh and its gonna be a cf front end; bumper, hoods, and fenders pure hawtness

if you like the circle lights more, then all power to ya man. i personally think they look like a pair of *******s staring me in the face. besides, nobody in my city has a JDM integra, so that makes me one of a kind around here
hard to jump on the bandwagon when it doesnt even come close

the truth is i just fell in love with my 92 gsr, but i didnt want to get into a new teg coz of the headlights (like i said before) so the thought of a new age version of that teg with the horizontal headlights almost makes me giddy. i dont care if the front end came off a freaking neon. if a neon front end looked that good on a teg, id go for it. that front end looks way better IMHO, so thats what im gonna go for.

dont be a hater

yeah, ive seen a 7th gen or 2 from japan with a LHD conversion and front and back end from a us civic. I am assuming that this is not as common as jdm conversions in the US though.
It was in a gallery of a huge car show/meet in japan months ago.

oh do they! everybody loves to do USDM conversions outside US. just like we want everything JDM here, car modders outside US likes to do USDM conversions. prime example, in the philippines, they come with stock clear headlights. they would literally buy and exchange their heads to get USDM stock heads with amber piece on. that's funny because here in US we do clear our headlights.

i LOOVE the JDM conversion. its always been one of my fav. looking cars. theres a black JDM conversion teg that parks at a local apartment complex every day, lives there im sure. its got a cf hood, cf fenders, wicked body kit, some sort of widebody rear quarter panels or fender flares or somethin, and its just ridiculously wicked. then theres another white one thats an actual type R with a jdm front end conversion, type R wing and everything, all white, white honda rims, one of the cleanest cars ive ever seen. i love it.

It's funny how we humans always try to have what we can't have..

I personally like the JDM front ten times better than the us one..it's just better looking imo.
