that happened to me when i was like 16 at the ontario street races in cali. the baracaded in 300+ cars and wrote tickets. impounded my friends car for modifications and took all the monirs to a hold station(school) until we had an of age person come pick us up. this was 10years ago guys. so i can only imagine how they have perfected the technique of trapping them in. i remember a guy there had a YUGO yes a YUGO with a builkt chevy 350 fully caged. needless to say it was impounded too! that video brings back some old memories. LOL

most of the cars that raced had "rice" problems. one of the guys i saw had a dark purple tint on the left headlight, and a bright white on the other side. then one of the other cars started off in what seemed like fifth gear.
