Making intake? HELP HELP
Hey everyone,
I recently removed my stock airbox (intake resonator) it sounds okay, but I want to put in something to cover up the open hole a bit, I don't want to spend any money to buy a SRI.
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what I could use to connect the open hole by the stock air filter to the stock intake tip that's beside the battery. I'm a noob, so any advice would be helpful.
Also, I haf a 2005 EX Auto.

Yeah dude..buy an SRI ! you can get some realy cheap ones..that offer good sound. since SRI or CAIs dont do much for our cars at all.
If you get a cheap intake from ebay PLEASE dont use the filter that comes with it. You will be sorry you did. Pick up somthing like the new AEM one or a good name brand one. Thos ebay ones are cotton and dont filter for crap.

you can get a cheapo SRI and get a filter from like advanced auto parts or autozone. at autozone they have the tubing for your "custom" intake. get some metal circular brackets and then hook it up. usually i don't like doing things the "ghetto" way as someone put it, but its your ****. do what you want. i suggest a real SRI though.
