Ahh, I think it reminds me of the Alfa 8C concept, at least I believe thats the one I'm thinking of. It was on the very last page of Sport Compact Car magazine a while back, the body shape is v. similar.

It's actually a 612 Scagglietti redesigned by Giugiaro. It was somewhat of a special gift to Ferrari for an anniversary of some sort. I think that's what I read somewhere.
