Hair dryer, and some dental floss, or fish line. Just heat it up, the glue will soften up, and just run the line behind it. Some WD-40 will get the gunk left behind if there is any. Remember if you do use WD-40, rewax that spot.

I heated up the adhesive w/ a hairdryer, and then just pulled them off with my fingers........15 minutes tops.

Just you a few strings of floss. No damage to the car compared to what a fishing line may do. The floor will eventually break so just get another string. It took me about 3 so it's easy as hell.

Also, the CIVIC appeared to be easier to take off than the EX.

Hair dryer for about 5 minutes on full blast. Then try to peel it with your finger it will come out easily. then use some tar an bug remover or an Windex then wax it immediately or use a polish I think its better coz it cleans the paint then wax

if the floor is eventually going to break, i wouldn't do it.

i know, the floss because i used floss. i think the civic was harder becuase the letters aren't linked very securly and it flexes a lot.
