However I'm just curious : the srt-4's engine, isn't it a turbocharged engine taken from the PT-Cruiser? What about the srt4's frame, is it identical to that of a neon?

Im thinking that this is a perfrect example of what happens when you have delusions of grandeur. There is now way that this neon pulled 12 car lengths on the 300zx in third. I for one do not like 300zx's (the way they look) But If you compare the two cars side by side the math just doesnt add up. If a stock 300z tt runs 13's how does it get beat buy a silghtly mooded srt-4? What hp #'s are you putting down and when was the last time you were at the track?
