"Out with the old in with the new"
Many of us here on 7thgen have been around for a while, if not from the begining. For the new commers the top banner used to read "Out with the old, in with the new". Its not there anymore, mostly because the 7thgen is no longer new, however, the slogen still holds true and will for years to come. For me and my friends, our 7thgens are 3, 4 and even 5 years old now and we will all be looking to upgrade in the near future as will many of the long time members of this site. But something to think about when selling the vic is that we will be passing our torch to the 7thgen community to a whole new generation of 7thgeners. I guess the slogen could hold true for members.. out with the old in with the new. In the next year or so this site will be reborn with fresh drivers chomping at the bit to get the latest news, mods and just somewhere to share ideas, thoughts and feelings about cars, sports, television and life. When I sell my car, I plan on telling the new owner of this site and all of its great resources and I hope the rest of you will do the same.. and in a way it will allow the 7thgen torch to burn brighter than ever. Remember that there is always a 15 year old kid out there dreaming of a civic, and hopefully those of us still here can guide them in their adventures. Long live 7thgencivic.

hahah...never thought of it that way. But I do remember the slogan. That slogan should be over on top of 8thgencivic.com now...not sure if it is or not. There's definitely been some good times over here. I'm sure there's plenty more comin' in the future too.
