This is crazy, I was driving by an 8th gen sedan on my way out of town this weekend, and I $hit you not, we got probably 10 feet from his backdoor and I could see exactly how fast he was going on his speedometer. That digital stuff looks cool as hell, but just think if you were speeding and a cop pulled up next to you. The display on those damned things are so big and bright, seems like a disadvantage that everyone in the world can see exactly how fast you are going....well thats my .02 , anyone else have a similar experience?

or well..he could tell how fast you were going anyways if he was driving next to you looking at his speedo.. or driving behind you..hah.
i'm not liking 8th gen sedans too much...the coupes are HOT tho..

I looked at a 06 sedan this weekend. My mom was leasing an 05 accord, so I check it out...its nice...but I'm not a 4-door kinda guy, i love the coupes...should be sweet when they come out.. on a side note the dealer had an 05 accord coupe, silver, lip kit, 16" wheels (honda wheels), V-6, that whole HFP package, it was nice, but it was 33,000...i was like WHOOOOOAAAA...

I think the guage display is kind of cool for a new design, I dont drive crazy so I wouldnt worry about it. The 8th gen coupes are cool but I think the 4 doors are well, different. Not to say they are bad, I guess if I had to choose between a scion box or a 8th gen 4-door, I would take the 8th gen.

The tach needs to be on top, not the speedo. Shift light or not, I don't care tach on top, or at least S2K style with bars up there.
