#1. $0. DIY cuz it's not that hard. If you pay a shop to do it for you, you're probably not gonna like the results from what I hear from this website. Seriously, it's not that hard clearing your own headlights and if you boo-boo, then you can go to the Vehicle Issues part of the forum. (If you happen to break something, which most likely shouldn't happen, you've got $130 for a new headlight.)
You might want to consider the aftermarket projectors if you like the way it looks. Check it out. For the rest of this stuff, go to the parts section.

we (canada west) are thinking about a group buy in 'aftermarket' oem kits and the price could go as low as about $350 bux...if you're looking for more info...just visit the canada west board and ask...
Send the $$ to me, and I will buy your parts for you.......and then mail them to you overnight. Also, if you send me your headlights, I will clear them for you and mail them back via overnight delivery
But seriously, you can clear your headlights in anywhere from 2 to 6 hours (depending on ability to avoid mistakes), get your body kit from hondacuraworld, handa-accessories, majestichonda, or collegehillshonda, and taillights are all over the place (just check any magazine, do a search online, or browse eBay's ever-present selection).
Good luck.
