GAS PEDAL TOO STIFF....??????

anyone else think the gas pedaly is way too stiff?? its like i dont press it enough or i press it too much, is there anyway i can make it so that when i barely tap it i get a response??

you can adjust ur trottle wire to be more tight so u dun need to press so hard......
But than tha'ts a stupid idea

Has to do with the spring on the throttle body i believe. Don't know how you'd do anything about it though. Oh, and BTW, tightening the throttle cable just pretensions the spring so it actually makes it worse. Nice try though.

Got question What do you drive before your civic??? Maybe you got use to your old car which is the pedal is Lighter than civic thats why you assume that the Civic pedal is too stiff. You gonna use to it after awhile

Wear a heavier shoe... lol, I always drive with my Lugz but if I gotta go to my car in the morning and move it, I'm wearing slippers... basically I'm barefoot like that, but the petal is easy.

Drove before: 94 Caddy Sedan Deville... doesn't count... it's 200HP. Gotta be easy with a petal like that since it's an auto.
