Big thumbs down to level 10

Well I emailed levelten.com way back on June 15 asking about their applications for our car. Yeah, just got my reply back today, a full 6 and a half months later!!!! . What is the world coming to?? I mean WTF, where did customer service go to, hell? Sorry, just ranting, but I mean come on, 6 MONTHS?? Well needless to say they're not gettin any cash outta me. Steer clear my friends, stay away from the levelten devil.

Hmm...

What is level10 btw?

I ran into similar problems back with my old s10. I ordered some indiglo gauges for my truck. well 2 months go by and nothing. So i call them up and ask wtf is going on. "oh well our plant in japan burned down and we can't ship them out now" im like riggghhhhhtttt can i have my money back? so they give me my money back and low and behold nine yes (9) months down the road i come home from school and my gauges are there on my doorstep.. I got them for free but i mean come on the plant burned down??? PLEASE!

Oh, they make perfomance parts for the auto tranny, like torque converters and upgrade kits.

yup there work is in high demand...one of the better places to get your auto tranny car built up...
but yeah 6 months seems a little excessive..but you know they're doing their job cuz they actually replied..better than have had it tossed in the trash bin.

Grey has a spectacular aura aboutGrey has a spectacular aura about
6 months! That's just inexcusable. If they don't have enough people working in customer service, then they should hire more.

yeah, i can't even fathom how many places i've emailed and not gotten a response. Despite the fact that we are in the 21st century, best bet is still a phone call.
