Prolly to say, hey i have more subs than you in my tiny car. Waste of time if you ask me, put 4 12's or something with a sick install and i would take that over that any day.
I think he's probably doing it just to say that he did it... It looks like $hit but it is an accomplishment to be able to say you fit 32 subs into a civic hatchback. Granted, nothing I'd ever waste my time doing but w/e I suppose?

from what i understand, he said all of those subs combine will move more air than 5 18" subs.
i don't know much about sound competition, but can that eg pretty much take the top in the loud category?

What a dumbass... I didn't see any pics w/the drivers seat back in. And even if it did fit back in, he'd be rolling granny style w/his chin on the steering wheel.
try to install your own system before puttin down other peoples hard work. A for effort!!!Thats a lot of man hours...wish I could get some guys with ***** like those and creative thought to boost to go to work on my system 2 10" memphis subs and a pioneer 5000T amp with a pioneer premier 550mp deck i believe, ran all the wires myself, it was worth it doin myself, I learn somethin and i dont have to trust someone else to put as much effort into my car as I woud.

i give 'em props for doing something different, but if they're doing this with the intention of entering dB drags or other SPL events, they're gonna get r@ped at the competition...they seem to think they're going to hit around a 158-159 at the dash, and i just don't see that happening...
however, even if they max out the subs' and amps' potential, with that particular setup they would be placed into the Super Street 5+ bracket...and a 158-159 would just get them laughed out of the competition...
reminds me of our "rival" shop's demo car back in the day...they had 62 10"s in a station wagon, and my truck with 4 S15L7s spanked that @ss every time...

I have gone to this shop and seen some of their installs and have to tell you that these guys do some of the best installs I've ever seen. They have the best reputation by far than anyone else in Fresno. Please don't hate because you can't do something like that.

sorry, Fresno, if you want a box like that, go to Circuit City... if you're serious about your $hit, though, come down south and see how we do it

There is gl@ss in my @SS...

They didn't even make it look "crazy" though which is kind of a let down. I was hoping for some crazy fiberglass install.
