I was in walmart up here and when i came back after an hour or so of grocery shopping, i come out and find that my driver side mirror is hanging by the wires.. i was like WTF????? so i go into walmart and tell customer service and i talked to the manager, he came out and looked at it and we went in and i gave him my info, and now i have to wait for their insurance company to call me. oh well.. does anyone know where to get the APC mirrors for a sedan???? thanks

Dude its not Walmart's fault, I don't see why they should pay. But I feel your pain and I would be pissed.

I know it's not.. i made sure i told him when i talked to him.. they don't hold any responsibility.. i was just wondering if they could look through the video and find the b1tch that hit me.. i didn't expect them to do anything.. i'm sure i'm not the only one that gets hit in a crazy packed super walmart parking lot.. oh well.. i remember reading in a nother thread that apc makes a 4dr mirror.. i've been looking but i can't find it.. if anyone can help me out.. because i'm not gonna pay 200 bucks for a stock mirror..

actually i think they do hold responsibility. A couple years ago my parents went to a restaurant and when they went in to go park they hit a metal rod thingy that was sticking out of the parking block. The entire front bumper was cracked and the restaurant had to pay for it.

if it was like a piece of rebar sticking up from the parking stop, that would be the place's problem, but another car hitting your car is not their deal. but it would be nice if they found the a$$ that took off your mirror.
