abs light

:help: my uncle has a 97 civic dx 2dr and his abs light want go off. the car had been stolen and the steering column had been rip up :hithead: . and now that dang on light want go off. he needs to get a tx inspection sticker. please help :help:

Need the sticker that badly? Isn't there a fuse or relay you can pull to turn the light off?

take it in if you can't figure it out.

maybe some bad wiring? i dont see how the abs light could possibly go off since theres no abs in the dx. maybe after the car was stolen the wiring was done incorrectly? maybe fuse?
