Oh crap ! My clearcoat !!

Ok, becuase i drive up north a lot, i get a crap load of bugs on my bumper..
I went to the local car wash, and started spraying my car, i first started with the bumper...there was bugs everywhere, and one of them was pretty stubborn to get out..so i sprayed closer..and all of a sudden the water started to shoot from the bumper to a bunch of different angles....

voila..i think part of my clearcoat just washed off...becuase its left with nothing but black..and no glossyness...

any ideas? any body shop would be able to touch it up right?
