This happened on South Florida (atlantic and 95 for the locals).

in the newest maxim the draw back to owning that car is that you need a driving class just to drive it around properly. this is like the 5th pic of on in a wall, fence, ditch, curb, river. while i am yet to see one of a ferarri besides the one where the guy does the burnout right into the wall.

Alright let me break this down to you.
Anyone can buy a porsche carrera Gt if they have the money!
No one can buy a ferrari Enzo unless you are approved by ferrari. I trully think its dangerous to have these "race cars" availible to the average rich american idiot,,, just my personal opinion
My dads friend has a Carrera GT and a ferrari race car.. He says the carrera GT is more of a handfull than his Ferrari. its a dangerous ride...

I think that in order to buy/drive a car with more than 400 stock hp you should have to take a harder drivers test. This is coming from someone who hates regulation, and authority, but it would really be wise to do this. I mean not a rediculously haard test, just one that would require some courses taught by pros. It would be costly, but most cars with more than 400hp are pricey. Of course this will never happen considering the dmv is a joke, it is so backward and beuracratic.

you know, when you turn 18 here in texas, you can waltz right into the dmv and get a license without any kind of test whatsoever. and if youre rich, proceed to buy a carrera gt.
