Rumors are it will be 615 hp and it will be named the Corvette Zr1
price is expected at 90-100 grand so its not a typical vette price.. if its made it will be produced in tiny tiny numbers

Rep Power: 336 im not impressed. european cars can make that much hp with less displacement. don't even get me started on the japanese market. too pricey, but the car looks nice. if gm had some variable vavle timing in the v8s i bet they would make alot more hp.

because as far as i know a pagani zonda has a massive 7.3 liter v8 and its less hp than this vette

thats a sweet vette, but for that price, i think id rather have an m5 or an m3 with lots of goodies.. however, from the factory with that much power its a good price. but whats being sacrificed hmmm

Rep Power: 336 i know that ferrari has a massive engine that puts out 100hp per liter. i just forgot what the name was. if i find it i will post it. and the upper european cars can make 600 hp. mercedes, porsche, and ferrari. i will post it up when i find it

these european cars cost a hell of alot more
a mercedes sl500 AMG is 150 grand
a mercedes sl600 AMG is 200 grand
carrera gt is 498 thousand dallors

I can't even imagine how that thing drives, my friend took me for a ride in his dad's 05, and believe me it made my day. It makes you feel, soooo alive. Back ends swings around, but not too much, it feels like your on rails.
Sure it drinks like a fish, but displacement, it is potential, a car with more displacement has more potential, 95% of the time, maybe more. Think of what would happen if honda made a 7 liter engine.

Rep Power: 360 the corvette is the biggest disappointment. its just shows gms committment to larger, less powerful engines every time. i really don't have any respect for the car. it sucks.
