Blitz SUS Filter and AEM SRI

- has anybody tried this?
- i mean, instead of using the K&N filter that comes with the SRI, is it possible to sway that filter with the blitz stainless steel one?

i'm still looking for a cone filter like that for my diy intake. my friend has the blitz on his TT supra but he told my the blitz wouldn't be good for our cars because it's stainless steel, which will generate a lot of heat for the air comin in.
