I know this is a hell of a noob question, trust me, i've searched for about 45 minutes..still..nothing.
My 05 Civic Si Sedan is due for what they call a Type B service.
They check brakes, rotate tires, oil..and suspension. Which is the problem i run into since i have Tein S Tech springs installed..because i'm not sure what they'll say about those....
any thoughts would be very helpful..

hmmm...that really depends on the dealer. Mine doesn't care about lowering springs, in fact I had the struts replaced twice under warranty even though I had the Neuspeed Sports on there..hehe. Just go in there and don't mention the coils....if they ask then fine but otherwise just don't say anything.

really you dont even need to be getting that "tybe b" service done. they charge you for a whole lot of stuff that takes 2 minutes to "check".

just get the oil changed, and nothing more.

yea..those inspections are "visual inspections" where they just look at things and visually estimate how worn out your parts are.

just do the oil change and do your own visual inspections

Yeah..someone told me to just check the brake pads myself and stuff today..he said it wasnt hard. I just thought they were going to do some maintenence to it. becuase my brakes do feel not as sensitive as before. But its all good.
Thanks a lot for the input guys ! I'll just reset that maintenence required light.

Then just get the oil changed and the brake fluid flushed and replaced. if any air gets in the brake fluid your pedal gets mushy. you will notice a huge difference once you get the fluid replaced! believe me!
