wow....yeah but vacation was still ok
So i'm coming back from vacation in north carolina yesterday. We were in holden beach, in the very south-eastern part of NC. I live in Toledo, OH, so its a 13 hour drive. Keep in mind this car has been in a major wreck a year in a half ago, when my former best friend drove my car into a mountain side and caused $9000 in damage and 2 months with no vic.
Anyways, me and my friend are driving, and i drive the whole way, no one else drives the vic anymore. Well, its 80 degrees out and clear. Its a great morning. We wanted to leave early, so we left at 3 am, and my parents were leaving at 6ish. So about an hour into the drive we are JUST leaving wilmington NC on our way to raleigh. Right as this highway is turning into interstate (I-40), like...right at the begining, the speed limit turns 70 etc. I go from 55 - 75 or so. Right as i'm about to put in in cruise, and turn on the brights since i'm the only one out there, i see a brief glimpse of what we believe was later a 175 lb+ buck......sprints out from the median area, and when i saw it.....it was in front of us. so yes, i slammed....well.......a buck..slammed into me as i was going 75 mph. i stopped several hundred yards from where i hit. i just plowed right through. airbags didnt go off.....not sure why??? but yeah....radiator busted.....power steering resevoir busted....bumper is bent, quarter panel is destroyed, hood buckled in 3 spots, healight on drivers side was just....it....it was dissintigrated. just gone. some vacuum lines were bent also. theres also just....an ungodly ammount of blood and hair all over the front and side of my car. i'll never forget the sound of that damn dear hitting the car...and all i remember also is both of us going '''....what....what the fvck wuz that!?"" just in shock. so my car is stuck..down in wilmington at the honda dealer. i hate the bad luck i've had. but at least i'm alive and the fat *** thing didnt fly through my windshield. o well.....$hit happens. i'll get picks asap.i got it in camcorder cuz we didnt have snap shots. ok i'm off. cya guys.

Yah, at least you're ok... that's the important part. I can't imagine hitting something like that. The only accident I've ever been in was when I had my Z3. I got T-boned by a Ford minivan. That was scary enough for me, lol. Glade you're ok, though. A car can always be fixed... sometimes people can't, lol.
