Well... I think certain places overseas make their civics with clear headlights stock. You could try asking one of the members on this site if they want to trade. I think people overseas with clear headlights stock like our stock headlights.

If you find someone who will get the OEM clears for you please let me know. I've tried with two different people and they both didn't follow through.

Yes in the Philippines, their cars come cleared. This has been discussed before. Sorry I'm lazy to do some searching but what I can tell you is that it costs around $300. So you're better off getting projectors. Or better yet, you can hang out in the mid-atlantic board for someone in your area to clear them for you.

I've seen DIY cleared lights on sale on eBay recently. Probably from people who cleared their lights, got tired of them, and bought projectors.
