I need to do a tune up on my 2002 civic
i got 121000km... on it

what is list of things i can do before the timing belt

wow! 121000Kms... i only got 65000 on mine!

but yea, i'd go for a full inspection to know what will be the next thing you have to change.

check out the brakes and fluid
transmission fluid
wheel bearings
suspension

new plugs, new oil, if auto new transmission fluid, check brakes, check parking brake, and clean engine bay out with degreaser.
