see... now i think that the civics paintjob is pretty bad ***. we customize our cars with parts to acheive a certain image... either wild and crazy or a clean jdm look. this guy decided to airbrush his entire car. It is an artistic expression. I think a better way to display rice is all those gaudy little bits that people stick to their cars, not a massive, complete car airbrush job.

Rep Power: 0 i thought there was a car company that was offering this type of full body artwork on cars? they put like big pictures of whatever on cars kind of like on the sides of buses. i think its halftone patterned decals. its a great way to get your company name out, if you have a car dedicated for work. by the way, not all full body airbrush jobs are bad. take the alpine cooper.

Rep Power: 379 i think the civic is actually retty cool looking i wouldn't call it rice, just one hullava custom paint job, rice is just alot of stickers, and wings, and crap liek that. that paint job is a nice piece of custom work.

Rep Power: 294 I may not love the look on the cars .. but they definitely have some good artists working on them. That airbrushing looks sick in the picture, can only imagine what it is like in person.

agreed........theres a HUGE diffrence bettween rice. and nice....Most of us here on the forum..like the stock or jdm look.....and hardly any if non like the hole decal thing....we all have our own def. of whats rice or not........in my opinion.. thats just One Bad *** paint job...and thats coming from someone who go's to an Art Collage. most people cant apprisate (sp*) good art and other blow it off as "being Ricey" to all of you that think it is "Ricey" take off all your "sponcer decals" and then we'll talk. 7th Gen Photographer

Rep Power: 279 ^^^I agree... I mean... I currently have a thread in Members Rides Talk with 3 pages of compliments on how clean my car is... And I have sponsor decals down the side of my door and a huge windshield banner.
